A complete remodelling and extension of a grade II listed building. Design by AAVA.

 

Well managed alteration of the front facade; a reconfiguration of the internal spaces; an extension to the rear; as well as associated landscape works.

 

Works undertaken: new foundation for rear extension; new drainage for a whole house, new ground floor concrete floors, partitioning and underfloor heating system; flat roof for extension; replacement of all windows; 2 new skylights for rear extension and one for a main house; bespoke full height doors throughout the house in oak veneer; aluminium finish spray external cladding for the front façade; installation of new kitchen and bathrooms; landscape works.
