Exceptionally precise work and sensitive approach to existing building.

 

Works undertaken: The refurbishment and extension involved the underpinning of the whole house which contained a split level excavation (basement and lower basement); kitchen and lower basement extension. There was extensive concrete work at lower basement. A Green roof system was installed and roof skylights and walk on skylights allowed light to penetrate deep into the plan. The works included exclusive restoration of old features including paneling, staircase, doors and windows.

 

Pond Street project was featured in the Evening Standard (13 Feb, 2013). It was also shortlisted for the Camden Design Awards 2013; Finalist at the Lighting Design Awards 2013.
