Installation of Zinc roof with build in gutters and 2 skylights to the extension; sliding pocket door in the dining room, formation of extra bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor for disabled person; resin floor in the kitchen; oak flooring in the living room; underfloor heating; bespoke joinery in the living room and rear bedroom; decoration throughout.
