Remodelling and extension of an existing two storey two bedroom house within a conservation area to create a four bedroom part one part two storey dwelling, with new associated landscaping. Design by AAVA Ltd. 

 

Works undertaken: Demolition of the existing top floor and partial ground floor; rebuild the top floor to provide a more coherent elevation to the street -  comprising two new bedrooms and ensuite along with large exterior terrace. Partially extend forward at ground floor and connect to the exiting garage using a steel frame and large glazed elements, creating a new living / kitchen area, access and elevation to the street.
