Demolition of redundant garage and lean-to shed and construction of a single storey side/rear extension to form a new living space; including new entrance lobby and front bin store. Zinc roof to the extension; installation of Schuco doors and casement window; new flooring, steps, sanitaryware fittings and decoration throughout.
